  • Twitter: This free service allows you to record your each and every move. This is particularly useful if you want to keep a continuous log of what you are doing throughout a day. Think of it as a virtual post-it note.
  • Google notebook: This nifty little application allows you to write or jot down and save any interesting snippet of information you might come across while you work. More importantly, it allows you to capture those spur-of-the-moment inspirations that you might have.
  • Get a good task list management software: From Remember The Milk to Backpackit, there are dozens of easy to use "Get things Done" applications out there. Try them and see which one works best for you.
  • David Allen Free Downloads : David Allen is synonymous with the whole "Getting Things Done"
    phenomenon. Download and use the GTD resources that he places for free on his website.
