Outsourcing saves you on average 15%
A recent TPI survey revealed that after rates, taxes and charges, that outsourcing saves a company an average of 15%. The research "disapproves widespread market claims that outsourcing can reduce costs by over 60 per cent" although the survey has not yet looked into the long term savings and did not provide with an estimate of the disruption costs caused by the process itself. Time to outsource?
